This course leads early childhood and day care professionals through a journey of self-examination and reflection, helping them find keys to realizing their potential in their careers. The course leads new and experienced professionals through five modules, asking essential questions to focus participants on strategies for success. The course requires 5 hours of participation and submission of a final report in the form of a personalized plan for putting course concepts into action. Objectives
Upon completing this course, you will be equipped to

• Explain the concept of personal and career success, including how to pursue both in ways that promote Godly living for you, your students, and their parents
• Identify areas over which you exercise the most and least control, developing strategies to put past setbacks behind you and focus efforts on the areas God has provided for helping you achieve the mission He has planned for you.
• Take a thoughtful and purposeful approach to making choices that further God’s will and your efforts at building your life and career through your early childhood setting.
• Reflect upon past successes and challenges and approach the present and future with a new perspective that includes ongoing reflection and prayer that leads to personal success and fulfillment in God’s service.
• Develop a strategy for communicating a perspective to your students and their parents to help them achieve their own success and fulfillment as they participate in your early childhood program.
